The chambers of Gary Fern is a specialist intellectual property (IP) set originally based in Seven Stone Buildings, Lincoln’s Inn. Chambers specialises in all areas of IP law and cover the primary areas including patents, copyright, trade marks, registered and unregistered designs, confidential information, trade secrets and passing off.
