Members of chambers have a broad range of experience across the eight categories of work that are protected by Copyright, namely LDMA (literary, dramatic, musical and artistic) works, films, sound recordings, broadcasts and published editions.
Individual members have particular expertise concerning computer software and databases.
Members of chambers have advised clients and drafted agreements for matters such as published literary works, recording contracts, assignments and licences, management agreements, film and television rights, option agreements, production agreements and merchandising agreements.
Members of chambers accept instructions to represent clients before the Copyright Tribunal, County Court, High Court and Appellate Courts including the Court of Appeal.
