Members of chambers have a broad range of experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters concerning registered trade marks (UK, Community and International Trade marks) and unregistered rights (passing off). Individual members of chambers have particular expertise in parallel imports and competition law.
Members of chambers accept instructions to represent clients in the UK and EU, including before the UK Intellectual Property Office, the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), the High Court and Appellate Courts including the European Court of Justice.
